I been a bookkeeper since 2017. I started my own business in 2022 and niched down to Real Estate when I started to work with a long term rental client. I really enjoyed it and that’s when I started to learn about how to run their books through income digs. I also learned how to work on clean ups. Now I’ve worked with a variety of RE investors from STR, LTR and those who flip. It’s great to be able to help those in this industry and I’m continuing to learn as I go. Starting at $400 for monthly bookkeeping, starting at $700 for catchups and $1500 cleanups. All depending on the amount of years the cleanup is for or catchup is for.
